Although we hold no exclusivity for any product(s), we reserve the right to limit the number of vendors & crafters offering such products. Therefore, Vendors and Crafters will be selected based on the offerings of the applicants.

REQUIREMENTS: Each Vendor & Crafter is allowed a 10’x10’ foot print. You must provide your own tent, tables, chairs and display items. Spaces are NOT pre-determined; they will be first come first serve during the specified set up times.

Am I a Vendor or a Crafter? A Vendor is someone who resells already produced merchandise. While a Crafter designs and creates their own products for sale. We aim to have an assorted mix of products within all the crafters and vendors.

Vendor & Crafter Fee of $150 and $125 respectively is due prior to the event. These fees are for participation both Saturday and Sunday, Vendors and Crafters MUST commit to both days to be eligible for participation. More information on payment and its due date will be given to those selected for participation.

PARTICIPATION NOTIFICATION: Due to spatial limitations, it is necessary to limit the number of participating Vendors & Crafters. Those selected for each festivals, will be notified and additional logistical information regarding set-up/breakdown will be given.
