Guided by our expert winemakers, you’ll embark on a sensory exploration, sampling a curated selection of white varietals including Stainless Steel Chardonnay, Cayuga, Dry Traminette, and Vidal Blanc—each chosen to showcase a range of aromas and tastes.

For the blending event, each team will receive a selection of straight wines and a flask to create your perfect blend. Once the blends are created, we will conduct a blind tasting where every participant samples and rates the blends. The blend with the highest score is recognized as the best, and the winning team earns bragging rights and a bottle of our wine of choice to take home.
