Our menu includes:

• Course 1: Starter Mini Charcuterie with bread & oil for the table.
• Course 2: A locally sourced salad with white balsamic vinaigrette, featuring Romaine, Arugula, Dandelion, red onion, grape tomatoes, and seedless cucumber.
• Course 3: Choice of one main dish:
• Dry rubbed aged top round steak, grilled with a butter herb sauce.
• Shredded roast duck confit over garlic toast points with citrus sauce.
• Grilled marinated Portobello mushroom cap.
• Each main course is accompanied by a side of Cacio e Pepe.
• Course 4: Dessert of grilled all butter pound cake with fresh sliced strawberries in natural syrup, finished with lightly sweetened whipped cream.
