November is New Jersey Wine Month

November 2024 – November is now New Jersey Wine Month. From November 1-30, “Cheers to New Jersey Wine” will accompany the clink of wine glasses from Sussex County down to Cape May County at wineries, restaurants, and special events during the festive month-long celebration.

Traditionally, New Jersey Wine Week has captivated the Garden State’s attention during the third week of November with special winery events and toasts to New Jersey’s wines. With the state’s wine industry growth and the quality and diversity of what’s going into bottles expanding, seven days are no longer enough to contain the celebration.

It’s with great excitement that the Garden State Wine Growers Association announces November is now officially New Jersey Wine Month.

“I am excited to join the Garden State Wine Growers Association in expanding New Jersey Wine Week to a month-long celebration of NJ wine this November,” said Ed Wengryn, NJ Secretary of Agriculture. ”As the fall harvest season begins to wrap up it is a perfect time for people to get out and see our vineyards and explore our wineries, trying the best of what our winegrowers produce. As the holiday season approaches it offers people the chance to add a taste of New Jersey to their Thanksgiving and holiday meals and gift giving.”

As we get closer to November, more details will be available and additional events may be added.
